Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure a clean and inviting environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences in various settings, from casual to fine dining or nightlife venues Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable enhances efficiency in order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality, and food safety standards Experience in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices ensures compliance with health regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Host/hostess experience or serving background is advantageous for creating welcoming atmospheres Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
