This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, supporting our food service operations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry. Prior restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary and food service skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and efficiently. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen assistance and ingredient handling. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors to uphold a welcoming atmosphere. Help with food service operations during busy periods, including serving guests when necessary. Support catering events or banquet setups by assisting with setup, breakdown, and cleaning duties. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of bussing, food handling, cleaning procedures, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members. Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary preparation and food service operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; availability during peak dining hours is preferred.
