Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness standards. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area by following proper cleaning procedures for surfaces, floors, and storage areas. Support catering and banquet events by preparing food items and ensuring all serving ware is ready for service. Buss tables promptly during service hours to ensure a tidy dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending frequently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills in culinary settings. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus.
