Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dishwasher/Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items if needed. A passion for food service and a commitment to cleanliness and safety are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and food preparation areas. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support efficient food service operations. Perform cooking tasks as needed, including grilling, frying, and baking. Help with emptying kitchen bus tubs and cleaning other areas as required. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge if desired. Requirements Previous experience in food service, culinary arts, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
