Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all kitchenware, utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment through thorough washing and sanitizing processes Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and cooks Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies, preparing ingredients, and ensuring timely service Uphold strict food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and disinfecting surfaces regularly Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service and maintain a positive hospitality environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key!
