Job Overview Join the Diamond on Seneca team as a Dishwasher! Your energy and attention to detail will ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment and support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and cooks. Maintain a sanitized work environment by cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas regularly. Support catering events and banquet setups by organizing supplies Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods and special events. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in fast-paced settings. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards. Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with culinary staff and servers. Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to support team goals.
