Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized dish station while ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils meet sanitation standards Take out trash and assist with general cleaning duties Help with basic prep tasks when needed Support the kitchen team during busy service periods Keep dish area clean, stocked, and efficient

Requirements and Qualifications:

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with chefs and managers Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry dish racks, trash bags, and kitchen items safely Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment that can get hot and physically demanding during busy service Benefits Closed New Year's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Flexible schedule Meal provided Paid time off Off duty employee discount
