Dishwasher/Prep Little Mama's Italian Little Mama's Italian is expanding to Cornelius, and we are looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen and help us maintain our high standards as we continue to grow. This hybrid role combines dishwashing responsibilities with food prep duties, making you a key part of our kitchen's success. You'll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting the culinary team with prep tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities Dishwashing Duties:

Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Monitor dish machine performance to ensure proper sanitation Handle all dishware carefully to prevent breakage

Prep Cook Support:

Assist with food prep (chopping, portioning, stocking) Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and kitchen areas Follow all food safety and hygiene standards All kitchen positions are required to: Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all workplace safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment Ability to stand for 8+ hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization Why Join Our Team?
