Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work areas, sinks, and dish racks to uphold health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling basic food items when needed. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Properly handle food items according to safety guidelines to prevent contamination or spoilage. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours. Follow all sanitation procedures and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic work environment. Prep seafood, weigh and bread seafood Experience Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous. Experience with bussing tables or assisting in food preparation can be a plus for those interested in expanding their culinary skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations in a fast-paced setting.
