Dismantler Production Tech

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dismantler Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely dismantling equipment, ensuring efficient processing of materials for reuse or recycling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within an Environment friendly industry and contribute to growth of our process. This position is a "TEAM" oriented position. The process is a 2-part dismantling procedure that has a production rate. The 3% bonus is an incentive for rates above production. Duties Follow all Safety procedures in the dismantling of Fire extinguisher tanks. Pay attention to all parts of the tanks. Safely dismantle vehicles and equipment according to established procedures, ensuring all parts are removed systematically Conduct cleaning and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe and organized environment Some moderate lifting and bending is required. Assist in the sorting, recycling, or disposal of dismantled materials following environmental regulations Use garbage trucks or sanitation equipment for waste removal from the work site Maintain accurate records of dismantling activities, equipment usage, and safety inspections Requirements Manufacturing or Warehouse experience is a must. While all possible measures are taken to ensure a pleasant atmosphere, its NOT a clean job. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Knowledge of equipment dismantling processes and safety procedures Strong understanding of sanitation standards and waste management practices Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Join our team as a Dismantler Production Tech and become part of a vibrant workplace dedicated to innovation, safety, and sustainability!
