Full-Time We are currently looking for an

EXPERIENCED

Dispatch Coordinator/Scheduler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily scheduling and re-scheduling of appointments for our plumber technicians; Will also respond to requests for cancellations, re-scheduling and responding to the emergency or urgent issues with the plumber technicians, clients and property managers. Will be expected to have the following:

Excellent Communication Skills :

Your ability to listen, speak plainly and communicate effectively will be necessary.

You will be listening and speaking to people by phone and text message, often in some state of distress. You will need empathy and compassion, and the ability to keep calm in distressing situations. Customer service : You should be able to communicate and connect well with people and have a service-to-others mentality at all times.

Self-starter:

- Takes initiative and works well independently but is also a team player. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English. You must be fluent in English AND Spanish, both written and verbal. This is a MUST! Ability to Multitask , working with plumber technicians, tenants, clients and property managers at the same time, tracking their movements and keeping tabs on what is needed to provide services

Problem-Solving Skills :

You will need to be able to prioritize the most important situations, and think quickly on your feet. Computer software skills : Must be skilled in using computer programs and navigating in and out of software programs. Experience in Field Service Management program would be ideal or a similar scheduling program. You must be willing to submit to a test of your computer skills. Compensation is negotiable and will depend upon experience. This position is available for an immediate start date.
