Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatcher Brooksville, FL — This is an in-office position located in our Brooksville office 5-Star Refrigeration 5-Star Refrigeration is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organized team player to join our office team as a Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatcher. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, call center, administrative, or scheduling experience who enjoys helping people and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll help coordinate service calls, communicate with customers, and support our technicians in the field to ensure excellent service experiences from start to finish. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers requesting refrigeration and HVAC service Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and technician arrival times Enter and maintain customer and service information in the system Support technicians with job details and scheduling updates throughout the day Work closely with the service team to help ensure smooth daily operations Provide professional, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment Help prioritize urgent service requests and assist with general office coordination What We're Looking For Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, call center, or scheduling experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Dispatching or HVAC/refrigeration service industry experience is a plus, but not required Why Join 5-Star Refrigeration Stable, growing company in an essential service industry Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Competitive pay and benefits Great opportunity to build experience in operations and customer support About Smart Care Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
