Delivery Service Dispatcher We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delivery Service Dispatcher to join our growing team in Stuart, FL! What You'll Do As a Delivery Service Dispatcher, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service operations and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Logging inbound calls and creating accurate service tickets Scheduling and dispatching service technicians Assisting with billing disputes and resolving customer concerns Supporting gas refill requests and service coordination Addressing equipment safety issues and escalations Maintaining detailed and accurate records in company systems What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service experience Back ground in dispatching, logistics, or coordination preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to perform manual order entry with accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Work Availability Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems

Training & Growth Opportunities Paid Training Program:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
