Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Answer the phone and handle job intake Enter jobs into the Management System Keep the managers in the loop about new information provided by customers Triage the priority of certain jobs, determining if they are emergencies or lower priority work that can be scheduled at a later date Dispatch plumbers and drain cleaners to jobs depending on priority and skill of each worker Have a basic understanding of plumbing Give ballpark prices over the phone to new customers Send Certificates of Insurance when requested Maintain a good attitude when conversing with all customers Experience Preferably 1-2 years as a receptionist 1-2 years in customer service 1-2 years as a dispatcher GED or above

Pay:

$27.50 - $35.00 per hour
