• Mascot International Logistics is a growing logistics company that operates multiple warehouses throughout the United States of America.

We are looking for well-rounded persons who want to grow with us. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented dispatcher to coordinate and manage the daily schedules of drivers, service teams, or emergency response units. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, thrive under pressure, and ensure efficient routing and timely service delivery.

• Duties:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or teams to appropriate locations.

Monitor routes and traffic conditions to optimize travel times. Communicate with field personnel to provide updates and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, routes, and customer interactions. Use dispatch software and GPS systems to track and manage operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional customer service through timely and courteous communication.

• Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Chinese required (Mandarin/Chinese; spoken, reading） Experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and multitasking skills.
