This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. We are looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems quickly, communicate professionally, and help manage the daily movement of drivers, routes, fleet, and operations. What You'll DoDispatch & Operations Manage daily dispatch operations for delivery drivers Monitor routes throughout the day and respond to delivery issues in real time Coordinate rescues and route support to reduce overtime and improve completion rates Track driver progress, RTS times, and operational performance Communicate with Amazon station leadership and internal management teams Ensure all routes launch on time and operate safely Driver Support & Accountability Coach drivers on performance, safety, attendance, and delivery quality Handle escalations professionally and calmly Support stand-up meetings and daily operational communication Assist with timekeeping, scheduling, and operational compliance Document operational issues and follow through to resolution Fleet & Compliance Help oversee fleet readiness and vehicle compliance Coordinate maintenance and repair scheduling Monitor DVIC completion and safety reporting Ensure operational processes are being followed correctly What We're Looking ForRequired Skills Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable making real-time operational decisions Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly Ability to remain calm under pressure Preferred Experience Dispatch or logistics experience Amazon DSP or warehouse operations experience Fleet management or transportation background Experience with scheduling, operations, or driver management Familiarity with Google Sheets, Slack, and operational software systems Schedule Expectations Weekends and holidays may be required Early mornings and long operational days during peak periods Must be reliable and punctual Flexible schedule preferred What Success Looks Like Routes dispatch on time Drivers feel supported and held accountable Operational issues are resolved quickly Fleet remains compliant and road-ready Overtime and rescue hours are managed efficiently Communication is professional, proactive, and solution-oriented Why Join Buzz?
