Job Description
Lake Worth, TX Job Summary The Reset Team Manager leads a team responsible for executing product resets, planogram changes, seasonal transitions, store remodels, and merchandising projects across multiple locations. This role ensures projects are completed on time, to standard, and within budget while maintaining exceptional merchandising presentation that drives sales and enhances the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a team of reset associates and leads. Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely project completion. Motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards. Project Planning & Execution Plan, coordinate, and execute all store resets, planogram updates, product moves, and seasonal transitions. Review reset plans, floor layouts, and merchandising guides to ensure accuracy and readiness prior to project execution. Partner with store leadership and corporate merchandising teams to align on timelines, priorities, and goals. Oversee execution to ensure compliance with visual standards, safety guidelines, and brand requirements. Operational Excellence Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure all signage, fixtures, and product placements meet company standards. Communicate and schedule vendors to come set merchandise. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during reset projects. Communication & Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for all reset-related activities in assigned stores. Provide detailed reporting and feedback to leadership on project status, team performance, and improvement opportunities. Foster strong working relationships with store managers, district teams, and corporate merchandising partners.
Qualifications Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities. Ability to read and interpret planograms, floor plans, and merchandising guides. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Other Requirements:
