Distribution Center Associate

Precision Electric Motor Sales, an employee-owned company, is a nationwide distributor of electric motors. We are growing at a rapid pace and need a distribution center associate to join our team in Lisle, Illinois. This is a fast-paced role that demands attention to detail, efficiency, and enthusiasm! Responsibilities Pick and pack orders for parcel, LTL, delivery, or pickup. Receive and process warehouse stock products (check-in, label, stock) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Requirements Proven working experience as a warehouse associate Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift 70lbs High School degree
