Distribution Center Supervisor

Cleaner's Supply based in Conklin, NY is America's Largest Supplier of dry cleaning and tailoring related product to dry cleaners and tailoring operations throughout the United States. We have an immediate opening for a Distribution Center Supervisor. The Distribution Supervisor will lead day-to-day operations with oversight of order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will ensure product accuracy, efficient workflow, and team productivity while maintaining a safe and organized distribution environment. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operation across multiple functional areas. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Monitor fulfillment KPIs (accuracy, productivity, order timeliness). Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to meet delivery expectations. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure performance and compliance with SOPs. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment. 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience. Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in a high SKU, fast-paced distribution setting. Lean or continuous improvement background. OSHA certification or safety leadership experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly and assist with heavy shipments.

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
