This role will oversee warehouse operations, lead and delegate work to associates, and ensure smooth execution of distribution activities. This position is a replacement role and requires someone confident running an operations floor in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support 1st warehouse operations Delegate tasks and manage daily workflow for direct reports Monitor productivity, safety, and operational efficiency Operate and/or oversee use of PIT equipment (Order Picker and/or Reach Truck) Navigate and utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Respond to daily communications via email and Microsoft Teams Serve as a point of contact for shift operations and issue resolution Required Qualifications Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Experience operating PIT equipment (Order Picker or Reach Truck preferred; certification can be provided) Familiarity with WMS systems Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable leading teams and managing an active operations floor Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle / MSCA Bilingual in English and Spanish Interview Process Resume review required Candidate interviews will include phone or Microsoft Teams meetings Hiring manager participation in interviews Why Join Us?
