About the Role The Division Principal serves as the instructional and administrative leader for a designated division (Lower, Middle, or Upper School). This role works closely with the Head of School to support academic programs, cultivate a positive school culture, and ensure alignment with the school's Christian mission and values. Key Responsibilities Provide strong instructional leadership and support faculty development Oversee curriculum implementation and academic excellence Foster a Christ-centered, positive, and disciplined school environment Implement the student discipline program for the division Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff Manage day-to-day operations of the division Support student spiritual, academic, and social-emotional growth Assist with admissions, retention, and school events Qualifications Strong commitment to Christian education and values Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership (preferred) Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of teaching experience; leadership experience strongly preferred Experience in a private or faith-based independent school setting is a plus Why Join Us?
