Dock Builder

Job Summary We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Dock Builder and play a vital role in constructing, repairing, and maintaining docks that serve as essential access points for marine activities in our local community. This energetic position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a hands-on environment, ensuring the safety, durability, and functionality of dock structures. You will work closely with team members to handle materials, operate heavy equipment, and execute building projects efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assemble and install dock components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment Load and unload construction materials and dock components from trucks or storage areas Conduct routine inspections of dock structures, boat lifts, retaining walls etc. to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Collaborate with team members to plan project timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality workmanship in all dock building activities Requirements Heavy lifting over 50lbs Knowledge in construction or willingness to learn Valid Drivers License Relatability to show up to work on time on a daily basis Embark on an exciting journey where your skills build more than docks — you build opportunities!
