2 Positions Position Overview The Document Control Assistant supports the Document Control team by managing and maintaining documentation across a variety of projects with differing levels of complexity. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established documentation standards while supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Submit documentation to customers in a timely and accurate manner Prepare inspection books and final data books Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with standard practices Manage multiple documentation tasks and projects simultaneously Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders under general supervision Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2-4 years of experience in document lifecycle management Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within document control Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple requests with a high degree of ownership Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter Strong note-taking and learning agility Technical aptitude Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with Adobe or equivalent document management tools Work Environment Performs a variety of moderately complex tasks Works under general supervision with some autonomy Demonstrates creativity, flexibility, and strong attention to detail Reports directly to a supervisor or manager Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
