Job Description

The Document Control Coordinator must have the following skills: Experience with Quality System Documentation and good documentation practices. Prior 1-3 years' of experience in GMP-regulated industry is preferred. Very strong attention to details and organizational ability. Works under minimal supervision. English Written and Verbal Communication. Authorized to work in the United States. The main responsibilities will include but not limited to: Driving, executing, and tracking record and documentation processes throughout the documentation lifecycles. In charge of the day-to-day operations of the document control. Preparing and processing status reports, assigning and monitoring document numbers, and reviews. Documenting for accuracy and completeness. Ensuring that change control discipline is followed. Providing accessibility to all documents while protecting their security. Signing off on all BMRs as they are issued to ensure that they are current and complete. Writing and revising SOPs as assigned (e.g. scales, warehouse, etc.) Providing support during internal audits. Keeping track of all observations made during both internal and external audits. Coordinating and facilitating implementation of corrective actions. Completing miscellaneous tasks and special projects as per management request (process improvement coordinator, safety team coordinator, etc.) Coordinating corrective action with suppliers and maintaining supplier service log. Providing additional staff training (e.g. Total Quality Control, World Class Manufacturing, etc.)
