Dog Boarding Supervisor

We're Hiring:

Lodging Supervisor Endless Pawsibilities Canine Enrichment Retreat is looking for a dependable, professional, and driven Lodging Supervisor to help lead our boarding department. This is not just a "play with dogs all day" position. Our lodging department is responsible for the safety, cleanliness, comfort, feeding, medications, and daily care of the dogs staying with us. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, hold staff accountable, communicate clearly, and make sure our high standards are being followed every day. The ideal candidate is well spoken, reliable, confident, and has previous leadership experience. Professional dog care experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising lodging staff and ensuring daily tasks are completed correctly and on time Overseeing feeding, medication administration, cleaning, and general care of boarding dogs Performing walkthroughs to check cleanliness, safety, and protocol compliance Training and mentoring staff on proper handling, cleaning, and care procedures Addressing staff or operational issues promptly and professionally Monitoring dogs for health, behavior, or comfort concerns Communicating with management about daily operations, staff performance, and client needs Ensuring all SOPs are followed and maintaining a professional, positive work environment

Requirements:

Prior supervisory or management experience is required Professional dog care experience is preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to address issues directly and professionally Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments Weekend and holiday availability required This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience and opportunities for growth within our company.
