Pawradise Grooming is a boutique-style, high-end pet grooming salon located in Yorba Linda, CA. We are known for our clean, professional environment and loyal clientele. We are currently hiring passionate and experienced team members to grow with us!

Positions Available:

1.Experienced Dog Groomer (3+ years) Skilled in all-breed styling and advanced hand scissoring Confident handling a variety of coat types and breeds 2. Jr Groomer (Bather) Minimum 1 year of bathing experience Able to perform nail trimming, anal gland expression, teeth brushing, and sanitary trims Skilled in brushing and professional drying techniques 3.

Compensation & Benefits:

Experienced Groomer:

50% or 40% commission (based on experience) Jr groomer (Grooming Assistant): $20-$25/hour (depending on experience) W-2 employee position Full-time or part-time (flexible schedule) Competitive commission + tips Dedicated bather support Calm, drama-free, family-style work environment Career growth opportunities & potential participation in grooming competitions

Key Responsibilities:

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling Assess coat condition, skin health, hygiene, and overall grooming needs Identify any skin or coat issues Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace Communicate professionally with clients regarding grooming services Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and positive environment

Qualifications:

Groomer:

3+ years of experience Jr groomer: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Basic understanding of grooming and coat care Ability to assess coat condition, skin health, and body structure Strong communication and customer service skills Team player with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
