Base + Commission About the Role America Medic & Science (AMS) is seeking a driven, knowledgeable Domestic Sales Representative to grow our supplements portfolio across retail and wholesale accounts nationwide. This is a high-impact, field-facing role for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and owning a territory. You will work directly with the Sales Manager to set strategy and execute against it, with compensation tied directly to your results.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$50,000 per year Commission on all closed sales — structure discussed during the interview process Performance bonuses tied to quarterly and annual targets All travel and business-related expenses covered by AMS Ongoing product and sales training provided Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close new retail and wholesale accounts within your domestic territory Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to meet and exceed sales targets Execute a territory sales strategy in coordination with the Sales Manager Conduct field sales calls, product presentations, trainings, and in-store or trade show events Follow up consistently on referrals, new account inquiries, and leads generated at trade shows Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and competitive positioning Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment Submit daily recaps of activity, pipeline updates, and results to management Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and account documentation Stay current on AMS product line, ingredient science, and relevant regulatory and medical data Represent AMS professionally at all times in the field and at industry events Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field (supplements, nutraceuticals, or medical/health products preferred) Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Proactive and self-directed — comfortable operating independently in a field environment Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms Willingness to travel domestically as required by the territory demands Ability to quickly absorb and communicate product and scientific information to diverse audiences What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you have mapped your territory, opened new accounts, and established a consistent activity cadence. Within 6 months, you are meeting quota and building a pipeline that reflects a clear understanding of AMS's product strengths and customer base.
