Responsibilities Prepare and assemble donuts and related food items in accordance with safety and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and upselling products to enhance sales Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash register operations and change management Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the trailer workspace, adhering to food safety regulations Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with food handling procedures to ensure smooth operations Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily maintenance of the donut trailer to keep it in top condition Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that engages customers positively Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy period.
