Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Door-to-Door Canvasser, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive meaningful engagement with communities. This energetic role involves connecting with residents directly at their homes to promote our services. This is not a sales job. This is not estimating. Your job is to go door-to-door in pre-selected neighborhoods and offer homeowners a free, no-obligation painting estimate . We primarily target HOA neighborhoods where homeowners are required or encouraged to repaint—so you're knocking with a real reason, not a gimmick. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods on foot Knock doors and speak professionally with homeowners Offer free painting estimates Collect basic information (name, phone number, address) Turn in leads to the office at the end of each shift Who We're Looking For Door-to-door canvassing is not for everyone—and we know that. We are not looking to hire someone just because they're willing to knock doors. We're looking for someone who does it well .

Ideal candidates are:
