NTY Windows is looking for a driven leader to help build and grow a high-performing sales market. This opportunity is designed for someone who understands the field, knows how to develop people, and is ready to take ownership of team growth, culture, and performance within an expanding organization. This role combines leadership, recruiting, coaching, and market development. You'll work closely with sales representatives in the field while helping establish the structure, accountability, and momentum needed to scale a successful market over time.
