Pure Desert Pool Co. is a fast-growing pool and artificial turf cleaning company in St. George hiring local entry level sales reps. This is an outdoor, flexible, commission-based sales role. No sales experience needed; we will train you. You will be going to targeted doors talking with homeowners about:

• Weekly Pool Maintenance
• Recurring Turf Grass Cleanings Your job is to book customers for services.

Unlike other door to door roles, you will be involved in the full sale cycle , and in charge of closing the deal on your own. This is a great job to build sales skills , be in charge of your own earnings, and make money based around your schedule. Top performers consistently earn higher weekly commissions and bonuses based on output and performance.

Day to day looks like:

• Walking local neighborhoods, talking to homeowners
• Pitch our services door to door
• Use a simple script we provide
• Close jobs on the spot
• Report back at the end of a shift

Pay Structure:

• Average $70-$150 commission for jobs booked
