What You'll Do Greet and welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Open doors, assist with packages, and provide directions or information as needed. Monitor restaurant entrance and exit to maintain security and control access. Coordinate with concierge, security, or management to address guest needs. Maintain a clean and organized entrance area at all times. Respond promptly to emergencies or unusual situations, following established protocols.
