Doorman/Bouncer

Orbit 19 Lounge in Holiday is looking for an experienced door man on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays from 10pm-2am. We are a respectable establishment with minimal issues. Our ideal candidate is observant and comfortable with the de-escalation of situations. Must be available to work holidays if required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
• Monitor and control access to the establishment
• Check IDs and verify age restrictions for entry
• Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner
• Respond to and resolve conflicts or disturbances
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
• Collaborate with management and other staff members to enforce policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and ability to handle potentially confrontational situations
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus

Note:

This position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
