Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks and trailers to deliver freight efficiently and on time. Responsibilities Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles with precision and safety. Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo. Drive assigned routes confidently, adhering to schedules while maintaining compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, report any issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance checks. Manage documentation accurately for deliveries, pickups, route logs, and delivery receipts to ensure seamless communication with dispatch teams. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients, customers, and team members throughout deliveries. Follow all safety protocols related to driving different types of trucks, including those with manual transmissions or specialized equipment like refrigerated units or tanker trailers. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; experience with manual transmission is preferred. Proven truck driving experience, especially in delivery roles involving freight handling across various industries. Ability to operate specialized equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks when required. Experience driving different truck configurations including flatbeds, tankers, refrigerated trailers, and tractor-trailers. Strong knowledge of route planning, load securement techniques, and safety regulations governing commercial driving. Excellent physical condition to load/unload freight manually or with equipment; ability to lift heavy items as needed. Pay:

$24.83 - $29.91 per hour
