• REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months in the professional moving industry
• Driver's license
• Clean driving record for 3 years
• This employer will perform a background and DMV check per ODOT requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Work well in a team environment

JOB DUTIES

Safely drive company moving trucks to and from job sites throughout Portland and surrounding areas.

• Travel to each location and ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
• Load everything into the truck or vehicle with the team, taking care to make sure everything is well organized and the load is properly distributed
• Secure all boxes, furniture, and equipment before moving
• Unload all boxes, furniture, and equipment, placing them in the designated rooms as noted by the owners
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• If a driver, will be responsible for driving trucks to and from job sites through Portland and surrounding areas HOURS
• Flexibility required to work evenings and weekends PAY
• Start at $20
• 25/hr DOE
• Strong opportunities for advancement and wage increase

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a physically demanding position

• All weather conditions
• Frequently maneuver up to 75lbs of various shapes and sizes
• Work on feet for much of the day
