DRIVER

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned. Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to and from customer job sites safely and efficiently.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.

Assist technicians with transporting materials and equipment throughout job sites.

Support setup and removal of temporary heating and cooling equipment.

Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.

Assist with tracking inventory and maintaining organized materials and supplies.

Help ensure company vehicles are maintained and report service or mechanical concerns as needed.

Travel regularly between office locations, suppliers, and customer job sites.

Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times.

Flexibility to work overtime or weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous delivery, warehouse, construction, mechanical, or HVAC-related experience is helpful, but not required.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Dependable and adaptable with the ability to manage changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, reach, and perform physically active work throughout the day.

Ability to safely operate company vehicles and navigate between job sites.

Work Environment:

This position regularly works in a variety of environments, including outdoors, customer job sites, mechanical rooms, warehouses, and active service areas. Associates may be exposed to varying weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, elevated noise levels, and other conditions commonly associated with HVAC service operations.
