Driver Logistics & Delivery (Full Time / Onsite)

About the Role We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of packages and equipment to customers, on-site installers, and business partners. You are a critical link in ensuring our customers and installers receive what they need, when they need it — and your professionalism on the road directly reflects our company's reputation. What You'll Do Safely operate company vehicles — including sedans, SUVs, and other assigned vehicles — in full compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations Execute daily package pickups and deliveries to customers, installers, and partners, coordinating closely with your supervisor and on-site team members to ensure on-time completion Plan and adjust routes throughout the day using GPS and route planning tools, accounting for traffic, scheduling changes, and priority deliveries Log all delivery activity accurately in the company's ERP system upon task completion Obtain delivery confirmations and signatures from recipients as required Handle packages with care, including loading and unloading; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required Manage returns and damaged goods according to company procedures Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, roadworthiness, and good working condition Report vehicle issues, accidents, or delivery problems to your supervisor immediately and follow established protocols Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal driving regulations Handle all customer and client information with discretion and professionalism What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Strong navigation skills and comfort using GPS and route planning applications Excellent time management and attention to detail Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to work overtime, including early starts, after hours or Saturday work. Overtime pay after 40 hours of work applies. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in route driving, delivery, or transportation services Familiarity with ERP systmes or logistics/fleet management software Experience driving a variety of vehicle types

Hours:

Onsite Location in Mount Vernon, NY Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Fridays from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm. Overtime and Saturday work as needed.

Full-time, Exempt. Hourly Pay starting at $17.00/hr depending on experience.
