Driving Instructor

Overview We're looking for a Driving Instructor to join our team and help students become safe, confident drivers. If you're already certified, fantastic! If not, we are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, strong people skills, and a passion for helping others learn. Duties Conduct engaging and informative driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, covering all aspects of safe driving practices. Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to improve their skills and confidence. Manage classroom activities for theory instruction, including discussions on traffic laws, safety protocols, and responsible driving habits. Maintain a safe and organized learning environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Communicate clearly with students to explain driving techniques, answer questions, and ensure understanding of key concepts. Track student progress through detailed records of lessons completed, skills acquired, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with administrative staff to schedule lessons and coordinate student appointments efficiently. Qualifications 21+ years of age, Valid Texas Driver's License issued by the appropriate licensing authority. Clear criminal background Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, especially in adult education or classroom settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
