Position Summary:

The Server employee is accountable for continuously maintaining their section of tables, Running food and beverages to guests. Restocking plates and glassware as needed. Maintaining up to date food, beverage and service policies knowledge. Collecting money from guests for orders received. Meeting timing standards set in place for your restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

(To include, but not limited to)Provide exceptional customer service. Anticipate and address guests wants and needs.

Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer guest questions and make suggestions. Communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs.

Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service. Support fellow

FOH & BOH

staff in duties as needed.

Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.

Qualifications:

1 - 2 years full-service restaurant experience.

TABC Certified & Texas Food Handlers Certification Works well under pressure while handling simultaneous activities and maintaining a positive attitude. Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements for this position involve constant walking and standing and frequent bending forward and twisting at the waist, reaching above/below shoulder and chest level, elbow and wrist flexion and extension, neck twisting/turning/tilting, and foot pedal action, with occasional crouching, kneeling, and reaching behind the body. This position requires the individual to maintain balance while carrying large and small trays weighing up to 30 lbs over your shoulder. The individual in this position must have fine motor skills and must be able to lift 30 lbs. Sensory demands include hearing, speech, vision, spatial perception, and tactile.
