Drop Bury Foreman

Overview:

Gates Underground LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Drop Plow Foreman to lead underground utility installation crews in the La Center area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a drop bury crew, ensuring that utility service drops are installed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Crew leadership : Supervise and coordinate the activities of the drop crews. Equipment operation : Expertly operate vibration drop plows to install service drops. Project oversight : Read utility maps and site plans to ensure daily production goals are met, and permits are followed. Site restoration : Ensure all job sites are restored to original or better condition following installation.

Qualifications:

Experience :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in underground utility construction, specifically with drop plows or trenchers. Physical requirements : Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50lbs.

License:
