Job Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Administers drug/alcohol screening in the field and office, coordinates the human resource activities to maximize the strategic use of associates, and provides responsive service while carrying out multiple human resource agendas. You will report to the Rapid Results Manager.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with occasional on-call shifts
Pay Rate:
$19.30/hour
Primary Tasks:
1. You will administer drug and alcohol screenings for pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-responsibilities, follow-up and any other screens as specified. 2. Perform DNA Collections, including collecting the DNA samples, performing basic tasks, getting samples ready for additional laboratory testing and processing, and preparing the samples for transport to the testing facility. 3. Travel to multiple sites, which necessitates driving; perform emergency services of an on-call nature for reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing. 4. Complete testing forms with accuracy. 5. You will respond to requests for information from management, outside agencies and the public. 6. Make schedules for pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, follow-up, return-to-responsibilities drug and alcohol screens. Maintain appointments as scheduled. 7. Provide information to associates relating to DACS procedures. 8. Notify appropriate authority upon receiving a pending drug screen from an associate. 9. Prepare paperwork, enter data, and scan into the system. 10. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have and retain valid driver's license.
  • Dependability at work and on time.
  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft Word software.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures. Operate most standard office equipment.
  • Prior experience with a Jupiter Alcohol machine.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be on call 24 hours per day 7 days per week during assigned rotation
  • One (1) year prior experience
