Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive takeoffs and pricing for commercial drywall construction projects. Prepare bid proposals for review by Chief Estimator. Follow up on all submitted bids to ensure timely responses. Participate actively in scope review meetings. Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to General Contractors/Construction Managers for clarification. Assist in pricing change orders as directed by the Chief Estimator. Establish labor productivity rates for accurate estimates. Cultivate strong relationships with purchasing departments of General Contractors and Construction Managers, maintaining a detailed contact log for all relevant companies and personnel. Foster positive relationships with local vendors to secure competitive pricing on materials and equipment. Support the seamless handover of secured projects to the Project Management Team. Page Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in estimating commercial drywall construction projects. Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret specifications and drawings relevant to PCI's scopes of work. Proven track record in establishing and maintaining customer relationships. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and cost analysis. Ability to accurately read schedules for sequencing and duration of relevant scopes of work. Proficient in computer takeoff and estimating software, such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid.
