Drywall Finisher/Painter Restoration company based in Sperry - Requires valid Drivers License

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drywall Finisher / Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall installation finishing and professional painting, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on residential and/or commercial projects. Shop is based out of Sperry. Schedule & Pay 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (OT as needed) $18.00-$20.00/hr , depending on experience Temp-to-perm position with holiday pay and PTO and Quarterly Bonuses once hired on Key Responsibilities Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a smooth and paint-ready surface Repair drywall damage such as cracks, holes, and water damage Apply textures (hand, spray, or specialty finishes as needed) Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, patching, priming, sanding) Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Ensure clean and precise lines, even coverage, and consistent finishes Protect work areas with drop cloths, masking, and coverings Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients Qualifications Proven experience as a drywall finisher, painter, or similar role Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and materials Experience with a variety of painting tools and methods Ability to match textures and paint colors Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for long periods) Requirements Valid driver's license (required for travel to/from shop and job sites) Must pass a criminal background check (no convictions or charges) Must pass drug screen (OMMA OK) Reliable transportation Professional appearance (no face/neck/hand tattoos or facial piercings) How to Apply Submit your resume for immediate consideration!
