Duties Measure, cut, hang, and secure drywall panels on walls and ceilings with accuracy and efficiency Finish drywall joints using taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing techniques to achieve smooth surfaces Install additional components such as corner beads, trims, and moldings to enhance finish quality Read blueprints and schematics to determine material needs and proper installation procedures Collaborate with team members on framing, plastering, caulking, and other related tasks to ensure seamless project flow Perform repairs for water damage or mold remediation issues by replacing or restoring drywall surfaces Assist with fixture installation, door hanging, and other finishing touches to complete the project scope Skills Strong understanding of construction estimating and blueprint reading for accurate project planning Hands-on experience with construction site operations including framing, carpentry, masonry, and metal stud framing Proficiency in plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and painting techniques Knowledge of schematics for plumbing systems, water damage restoration processes, and mold remediation procedures Skilled in caulking, trim carpentry, drywall finishing (finisher), door hanging, and handyman tasks Familiarity with restoration industry standards and experience working on remodeling projects Ability to operate tools such as airless paint sprayers and hand tools safely while maintaining high-quality standards Join us as a Drywall Hanger and Finisher to bring expert craftsmanship to every project!
