Requirements:

At least 10 or more years' experience in residential/commercial remodeling or a related field. Ability to generate accurate project estimates Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques. A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
