Job Description

DSCR Loan Specialist Professional Summary We are seeking a results-oriented DSCR Loan Specialist with substantial experience structuring investor-focused real estate financing solutions within the Private Money and Non-QM lending space. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) underwriting, non-QM loan products, short-term rental income analysis, and portfolio expansion strategies. This individual will play a critical role in launching DSCR as a new product line within our loan servicing platform. Responsibilities will include leading the development of DSCR underwriting processes and procedural workflows, contributing to the buildout of the loan servicing application from an operational perspective, and establishing scalable infrastructure for long-term growth. The candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and managing a small team to support and operate the DSCR department. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of investor lending guidelines, property cash flow modeling, asset-based qualification methodologies, and compliance-focused risk management practices. A proven ability to guide DSCR transactions from structuring through servicing while maintaining regulatory and credit standards is essential.
