BAYADA's special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are part-time, with the potential to reach 40 hours a week, and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Erie, PA.

Impact:

Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities Support the client's goals towards independence in the home and community Accompany clients on errands and appointments Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization
