Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards. Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure health and safety compliance. Maintain floors through specialized care like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from residents or guests with a friendly attitude. Follow established protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks in residential settings or commercial facilities like hotels or offices. Skills Experience in cleaning services such as residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial janitorial work. It's a plus ! Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures to prevent contamination and accidents. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards residents and visitors.
