PM What We Offer:

What You'll Do:

Execute residential duct and dryer vent cleanings Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical controls of a furnace Explain the benefits of clean air ducts and a demonstrate a thorough understanding of the duct cleaning process Use your strong communication skills to articulate information related to duct cleanings with customers Maintain communication with dispatch, your department leaders, service technicians, parts and sales teams Keep your company truck clean, inside and out and inventory up to date Perform regular maintenance on duct cleaning equipment Properly complete paperwork Maintain a clean and professional appearance Focus on serving our customers as well as fellow team members Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training Attend One-on-One meetings, Service Department meetings, and Company meetings Any other duties as assigned by the Service Department Process Team Leader Competencies for
