Dump Truck Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials to various job sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a professional driver with a strong understanding of route driving, load & unload procedures, and vehicle maintenance. Candidates should possess a valid commercial driver's license and have experience driving a dump truck. Duties Operate dump trucks Transport materials to designated locations following planned routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure safety and compliance Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records Follow all traffic laws and company policies during route driving Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during routes Experience Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with dump trucks, and similar heavy-duty vehicles Delivery driver experience preferred for efficient route planning and customer service skills Familiarity with manual transmission trucks is advantageous Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with medical card This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic transportation team.
